How you start the day decides how the rest of it goes.
When the morning is chaotic, everything that follows is harder. Decisions get worse. Willpower drains faster. You spend the day reacting instead of leading it.
A strong morning does not need to be elaborate. It just needs to be intentional. Something that tells your brain we are in control today before the world starts demanding things from you.
That one small act before the noise starts changes everything that follows.
Your task today
Pick one morning ritual and do it immediately after waking. Before your phone. Before anything else.
A short walk. A stretch. A big glass of water. Five minutes of breathing. Writing down three things for the day ahead.
One thing. Done with intent. Every morning from here.
