Not because you need to track everything forever. You do not. But because most people have genuinely no idea what they are eating, how much of it, or how it is making them feel. And without that information, change stays vague and progress stays slow.
One meal. Paid attention to properly. That is enough to start seeing patterns you never noticed before.
Your task today
Track one full meal today. Write down what you ate, roughly how much, and how you felt afterwards. Energy, hunger, satisfaction. Whatever comes up.
No fixing. No judging. No adjusting. Just observe.
