Day 13
The scales are the worst measure of progress. Here is what actually matters.
Weight fluctuates daily based on water, food, sleep, and stress. Obsessing over that number will drive you mad and tell you almost nothing useful. Meanwhile the real changes, the ones that actually mean something, are happening right in front of you and most people completely miss them.
How your clothes fit. How you move. How your energy holds up through the day. How you feel walking into a room. That is where the real evidence lives.
And after 13 days of showing up, there will be evidence.
Your task today
Pay attention to how your clothes fit today. Notice where things feel looser, where movement feels easier, where you feel more comfortable than you did two weeks ago.
You are not looking for a transformation. You are looking for clues. Small shifts that prove something is changing, because it is.
Write it down. Evidence builds confidence. Confidence builds consistency.
One day left. Do not ease off now.
