You are probably dehydrated right now.

Not dramatically. Just running below where you should be. And that alone is enough to spike your cravings, tank your focus, and make you reach for food you did not actually need.

Most people blame motivation for this. It is not motivation. It is water.

Your task today

2 to 2.5 litres throughout the day. Carry a bottle, sip consistently, and try to get the bulk of it done before 7pm.

Steps still apply. Both habits now. Neither is optional.
