Hydration is one of the simplest forms of self respect.
If you’re serious about feeling better, performing better, and changing your body, this isn’t optional. It’s foundational.
When you’re dehydrated:
• cravings spike
• mood dips
• focus drops
• decision making collapses
What most people call “low motivation” is often just poor hydration.
You can’t expect your body or brain to perform when you’re running it on empty.
That’s why this matters.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about setting a basic standard and keeping it.
Why This Matters Early On
If you can’t stay on top of something this simple, everything else becomes harder.
Hydration supports:

This is a non negotiable habit going forward.
Your Task Today
Drink 2 to 2.5 litres of water today.
Carry your bottle with you.
Sip consistently.
No catching up at night.
