Let’s look at Protein….
Every client I have ever worked with who constantly battles hunger, snacks all evening, or falls apart by Thursday has the same thing in common. They are not eating enough protein.
An under-fuelled body will fight you constantly. Cravings, energy crashes, snacking at 9pm. Most people battling this are simply not eating enough protein.
Fix the fuel and the fight gets a lot easier.
Your task today
Protein at every meal. No exceptions. Chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, lean mince. Whatever works, just make sure it is there every time you eat.
