Pick one habit from this week that you are committing to keep permanently. Not as a challenge task. As your new baseline.
Be specific. Not "eat better." Something real.
Daily steps. Water. Protein at every meal. Short workouts. Awareness check-ins. Pick one and write it down somewhere you will actually see it.
That is no longer a task. That is just who you are now.
Week 2 starts tomorrow. The standard goes up.
