Stop waiting. Start scheduling.
Motivation is not reliable. It shows up when it feels like it and disappears the moment life gets hectic. Basing your health on how motivated you feel is like building a house on sand. It looks fine until the weather turns.
Structure is different. Structure shows up whether you feel like it or not.
The people who stay consistent are not more disciplined than you. They are not more motivated. They have just stopped leaving it to chance.
They decide in advance. They put it in the diary. And when the time comes there is no decision to make. That is the entire game.
Most people ask when can I fit a workout in. The answer is almost always nowhere, because when you are looking for gaps, life has already filled them.
The question needs to flip. Not when can I fit this in. When is this happening.

Open your calendar right now. Pick one of these and block it out at a specific time today. Treat it like a meeting with your boss. You would not blow that off. Do not blow this off either.
A walk. A run. A workout. A swim.
Pick a time, lock it in, keep it. This is an appointment with yourself.
