Snacking is not a willpower problem. It is a decision problem.

Every time you stand in front of the fridge wondering whether to eat something, you are spending mental energy you do not have. Do that ten times a day and by the evening your brain defaults to whatever is easiest. Usually something that does not serve you.

The fix is not more discipline. It is fewer decisions.

One clear rule removes the negotiation entirely. You either follow it or you do not. No grey area, no talking yourself into it at 3pm.

Your task today

Pick one of these snacking rules and follow it for the entire day. No swapping, no exceptions.

No snacking between meals. Only protein based snacks. One planned snack only. No snacking after your evening meal.

One rule. All day. Done.
