You Finished It. Now Let's Make It Stick.
14 days of turning up. Not perfectly, nobody does it perfectly. But you kept going, and that momentum you've got right now is real and it's rare. What you do over the next few days decides whether this becomes your life or just another thing you tried.
One job today and it takes 2 minutes.
Take the habit you said you were keeping and put it in your calendar for this coming week. Actual days, actual times. Not "I'll fit it in somewhere", because you won't and we both know it.
That's the whole gap between finishing a challenge and keeping what you built. The people who write it down are usually still doing it in 6 weeks. The people who mean to write it down usually aren't.
Then post it in the group. What you're keeping and when it's happening. Last one, and it's the one that matters most.
Have A Proper Look At What You Just Did.
Not the number on the scales. The other stuff. Because the last 14 days told you something about yourself and it's worth 30 seconds of your time.
- How many days did you turn up when you really didn't fancy it?
- When you had an off day, did you carry on the next morning, or did you write the week off? That's never miss twice, and some of you did it without noticing.
- What's different that isn't on the scales? Sleep, energy, how your clothes sit, how your head feels at 4pm.
- Where did the time come from? Because it came from somewhere, and your life was just as busy 14 days ago.
None Of That Was The Kickstart Working. That Was You Working.
The Kickstart just got out of the way and gave you a bit of structure to do it in.Watch This Before You Decide.
Doors close Wednesday · Your group starts Monday 24th August
The 14 Day Trap Nobody Warns You About.
Right, here's what usually happens next.
You finish the Kickstart. You feel good. Genuinely good, better than you have in months. And you tell yourself you'll carry it on.
Then Monday comes. Work gets messy. The kids need something. You skip a session, you have a rough meal, and that little voice says "I'll sort it next week."
2 weeks later you're back to square one wondering how you let it slip again.
And the worst bit isn't the weight coming back. It's the confidence knock. It's that "I can't seem to stick to anything" story getting a little bit louder every single time it happens.
The Kickstart proved you can do the work. What it can't do is hold it up for you once the emails stop. That bit needs a proper system, real accountability, and someone who won't let you drift when life gets loud.
You Haven't Got A Fitness Problem. You've Got A Belief Problem.
And every time you start and stop, that belief gets a bit thinner. What The Kickstart Gave You. And What It Couldn't.
The Kickstart was never meant to be the whole thing. It was meant to prove a point to you. Here's what actually changes.
- One plan, the same for everybody on it
- General guidance on food
- Group support in the chat
- 2 weeks of momentum
- You working out the next step on your own
- Training built round your week, your kit and your level
- Nutrition built round how you actually eat
- A one to one check-in with me every Friday
- 6 weeks, with the plan adjusted as we go
- Me on WhatsApp when it goes sideways
They Didn't Let The Feeling Pass. They Used It.
Every one of these had been here before. Tried before. Doubted themselves before. The only difference is they didn't let it slide.

"Mark has helped me improve my life. His coaching is constant without invasion. His support is honest and reliable but most of all realistic. One word to describe Mark. Awesome 🙌"
"Mark has supported my journey and now I feel proud of the fact I'm starting to feel these things, steps, water and workouts are part of my life, that I enjoy, not something I've got to do in order to lose weight."
"Since day one, Mark has supported me, guided me, and given me advice, but not only that, the around the clock systems he puts in place to make sure all of his clients succeed are absolutely sensational. Joining Zenith Fit is one of the greatest things I've ever done, and I don't say that lightly."
6 Weeks To Lock In What You've Just Built.
Not another 14 day challenge. Not another generic app plan. It's the entry point into everything I do, and it's the same starting point every paying client gets.
It works because it's boring, repeatable and built round your actual life. That's the whole trick, to be honest.

Questions You're Probably Asking.
The Feeling You've Got Right Now. It Doesn't Wait.
I've coached a lot of people who felt exactly what you're feeling today. The ones who acted on it changed things. The ones who said "I'll sort it next week" are quite often still saying it 12 months later.
You've done the hard bit. You've started, and you've proved to yourself that you can. Don't let that go to waste because Monday feels a bit far away.
