Get out and walk. Your phone picks up steps well enough if you haven't got a watch, so no excuses on that front.

If you get to the end of the day and you're not there yet, that's your cue. Get your trainers on and go and finish the job. No negotiating with yourself. Just go.

Walking doesn't feel like effort. It doesn't need motivation. You don't need to talk yourself into it. And right now, that's exactly the point. We're building a pattern of doing what we say we're going to do. That's the whole game at this stage.
