You're In. Welcome to the 14 Day Kickstart.

This starts now.

Not "when life calms down".

Right Now.

You've taken the first step, and that's what matters.

Over the 14 days, you're going to build momentum, create habits that stick, and prove to yourself what you're capable of when you commit.

No complicated plans, just consistent action that adds up to real results.

Step 1

Check Your Inbox Right Now

I've just sent you your Welcome email.

It contains everything you need right now. If you can't see it within 2 minutes, check your junk or promotions tab, it might have landed there by mistake.

Once you've found it, drag it into your main inbox so you don't miss a single day.

This cohort of the Kickstart begins on Monday 14th April.

Each morning at 8am, you'll receive clear, actionable task that takes the guessing out of what to do next.

This system works when you engage with it daily.

Also join the WhatsApp group by clicking the button below.

This is where I can coach you and give you more accountability.

It’s not compulsory, but its bloody useful for extra accountability and advice.

Step 2

Save This….

Add My Email to Your Contacts

This ensures every message lands in your main inbox, not buried in promotions or spam. It takes 30 seconds and eliminates a common reason people fall off track.

Set a Phone Reminder for Day 1

Choose a time when you'll actually check your email, ideally before your day gets chaotic. This small action dramatically increases follow-through.

The people who get results are the people who remove friction.

These actions take less than 3 minutes combined, but they're the difference between starting strong and getting distracted by life.

Do them now whilst you're thinking about it.

Step 3

Before you do anything else today, set your baseline.

Take a quick front and side photo. These are for you, not Instagram. Store them somewhere private.

Over the 14 days, you'll be grateful you did this.

Weigh yourself if you want a number to track.

This is optional. Some people find it motivating; others prefer to focus on how they feel and what they can do.

Write down your reason in one sentence.

Why are you doing this? What do you want to feel in 14 days? Clarity here will carry you through the moments when motivation dips.

"In 14 days, I want to feel…"

Finish this sentence honestly. Maybe it's stronger, lighter, more confident, or simply like you kept a promise to yourself. There's no wrong answer, just yours.

Day 1 of the Kickstart will begin on Monday 14th April at 8am.

Keep an eye on your inbox and make sure you’re ready to get started properly.

Quick Reminder

You Don't Need Perfect

Aiming to be perfect is the fastest way to fail.

What we're looking to do here is create consistency so you can actually build results that last forever.

If you do as I say and implement the tasks in the challenge, you will definitely make progress over the next two weeks.

And if you have any questions ever, reply to any of the emails and I will be in touch ASAP.
