Do I need a gym?
No. The programme is built around whatever equipment you have access to. If you train in a gym, great. If you train at home, that is fine too. The plan fits your situation.
How much time does it take?
Most clients train three to four times per week for 30 to 60 minutes. That is it. Outside of that it is daily step targets and eating in a way that is structured but not complicated.
What if I have a chaotic week or need to travel?
We adjust. You will always have a minimum viable plan for busy weeks so you keep momentum regardless of what life throws at you.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. Your plan is built to your current fitness level, goals and targets. Injuries are also taken into account from day one.
How quickly will I see results?
If you implement everything properly you will start to see and feel progress within the first week. Meaningful physical change builds from there week by week.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You have the option to continue through Zenith Momentum or Zenith Transformation. There is no pressure and no hard sell. You earn the next step by showing up for this one.

Zenith Accelerator is designed to do two specific things. Get you results right now. And help you decide what comes next. Most clients use the 6 weeks to rebuild who they are and then move into Zenith Momentum. Others step into Zenith Transformation for longer term one-to-one work.
