No not necessarily. I will build your plan around your equipment and your schedule. If you want to use a gym you can but if you don't want to or you don't have access to one, we will tailor the programme to you.

Most clients train three to four times per week. Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes long depending on targets plus daily step targets as well.
