Most people see the six weeks as an opportunity to rebuild who they truly are and then move into Zenith Momentum.

Then others move into the Zenith Transformation programme for a longer-term change.

There is no pressure either way. That's not my coaching style.

No. I will build your plan around your equipment and your schedule.

How much time does it take?

Most clients train 3 to 4 times per week. Sessions are typically 35 to 60 minutes, plus daily step targets

What if I travel or have a chaotic week?

We adjust. You will have a minimum viable plan for busy weeks so you keep momentum.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. Your plan is built to your current level.

You will either move into Momentum or Transformation, or you can take what you have learned and run it solo. No pressure.

Most people feel better in the first 7 to 14 days when they hit the basics consistently, and body composition changes follow. Consistency wins.
